1. Project Scope & Milestone Deliverables
Every project commissioned with WebCreativeHub Solutions is governed by a mutually agreed, written statement of work (SOW) detailing exact page counts, technical features, integrations, and milestone deliverables. Any feature additions requested outside the signed SOW will be scoped separately.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
100% Client Ownership: Upon receipt of the final milestone payment, full intellectual property rights, source code files, graphics, databases, and configuration assets created specifically for your project are irrevocably transferred to you.
3. Post-Launch Warranty & Bug Fixing
Each website and application delivery comes with a complimentary 30-day bug warranty (60 days for Growth and High-Scale plans). During this period, any software defects or broken functionality diverging from the agreed specifications are remedied free of charge.
4. Payment Terms & Milestones
Projects operate on milestone-based disbursements (typically 50% upon contract signing & architecture review, and 50% upon final production deployment and handover). Invoices are payable via bank wire transfer, UPI, Razorpay, or Stripe.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
